Changing your lifestyle is a lot easier said than done. It often annoys me when well known fitness freaks say, “it’s so easy to be fit and healthy” because it’s not.
The majority of the food we eat today has added sugar, and so limiting yourself to meals with little or no sugar or carbs is REALLY a difficult to do – especially for people who don’t have much time in their day or don’t know how to cook or are disadvantaged in some way.
