If anyone has ever tried pre-workout, you’ll know it’s a great way to motivate yourself.
I started using pre-workout this week because I found that even though I was pushing myself when exercising, I was still unsatisfied after exercising.
Let me tell you a few things I learnt from using pre-workout;
1. It’s like legal speed!
2. It makes you feel great
3. It puts you in a good mood
4. They’re not kidding when they say it could give you a heart attack
5. It REALLY motivates you.
I officially love pre workout.
